Founder & CEO: Coach Mike


Hi, I'm Coach Mike (Michael Cummings), the founder of of MCM Digital Products and the driving force behind The Recruiting Portal. But my story goes beyond pixels and code. I'm a passionate entrepreneur, a dedicated community leader, and a lifelong sports enthusiast from Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

My Journey:

My journey has been a blend of technology, community involvement, and a deep love for sports. In 2011, I established MCM Products, LLC which is a software, marketing, and website design agency that helps businesses and organizations thrive in the digital age. However, after years of coaching youth tackle football, flag football, basketball, baseball and officiating various sports, I recognized a need for digital solutions in the sports world which led me to establishing The Recruiting Portal. Seeing the challenges student-athletes face in the college recruiting process allows me combine my love for technology, sports, and the desire to help our next generation into this innovative platform.

Beyond the Business:

My commitment to Manitowoc extends beyond the business realm. I'm honored to serve on the Manitowoc City Council, where I advocate for our community's growth and well being. I am the Board Chairman for Salvation Army - Manitowoc County, where I actively help provide solutions for our disadvantaged and homeless population. Finally, I deeply involved in youth sports, serving as both the President & NFL Flag Commissioner of our local youth football organization: Manitowoc Chiefs.

Family Man & Values:

When I'm not immersed in the digital world or serving my community, I cherish time with my family. I've been happily married for 18 years and am a proud father of 5 amazing children.
